“The process of painting is very much like having a serious conversation with someone you love; it is always unpredictable. Similarly, when I begin a piece I never quite know where it is going to lead. In this way, I allow each painting to tell its tale whether it be glorious or grim.”
Wendy Sue Morris was born in Phoenix, Arizona on February 14, 1965. After receiving her BFA at San Diego State University, she then moved to Los Angeles where she currently lives, works and creates as both writer and fine arts painter.
